Excellent service. Most professional. Paul rang me back as promised to give me a date and time …arrived nearly to the minute…got to work..job done and a certificate for the insurance company stating the work carried out. Advised me to get a smoke detector/alarm but no hard sell. We had 3 chimney fires in 6 months after another companys work…I’ve had occasion to light the fire during our Irish summer, and knowing CS Chimney have cleaned the chimney thoroughly I’m not as stressed. Left the room clean and tidy, with the heavy fire grate etc back in their original spot. Paul has swept our chimney for the past two years and been absolutely brilliant on both occasions. This time around he carried out some maintenance on the fire back which was starting to show some wear and tear.
